Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect product received
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging should be intact
  • Product should be in original condition

Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, or damage will not qualify for exchange.

Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged:

  • Handmade products
  • Accessories
  • Customized items
  • Discounted or sale products
  • Limited edition products

Due to the handcrafted nature of certain products, slight variations in color, weave, embroidery, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

Return Policy

Currently, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or preference-based purchases.

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is incorrect
  • The requested exchange item is unavailable
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Email or contact our support team with:
    • Order ID
    • Product images
    • Unboxing video (if applicable)
    • Reason for exchange
  2. Once approved, exchange instructions will be shared.

Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup availability depends on customer location.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our provided address.
